The Boats

Far across the sea

I hear a voice of ancient times

Now it rings to me

Like some old cathedral chimes

On the distant waves

The boats will sail to other shores

And now for many days

I've waited beside the ocean's doors (sails on the moors)

I see the sails in the sun

To carry me away

I thought they were dreams now they aren't
