Woke up this morning in my two by four room

Looked at a picture of a bride and a groom

On the social page of the big city news

Newly weds were dodging rice and shoes

My little world around me started to spin

My pride was hurtin', I was madder than sin

That gal someday I'll find

Come back to a country guy
