I Just Want To Exist

I didn't ask to be here, to be a part of any of this

I was just sort of born onto this planet and in this life

And every day since I've had to validate my existence

Prove myself at school, prove myself at work

Prove myself to my community, prove myself to God

I have to pay to stay alive, I have to work so that I'm able to pay

I have to grind away to get all of these resources that aren't even mine

Because I have to get them to someone else just to validate me, I deserve to exist

I am sorry

I just want to exist
