After all the life I've lived

I finally don't feel like shit

But it feels like it's moving faster

And all of it just feels so backwards

Said I was gifted as a kid

I didn't think they meant like this

For the majority of it

I get trapped in these fucking cycles

I'm either hopeless or in denial

Not sure where I'm meant to fit

I've just been going with it

But I think you're just a liar

The situations getting dire

I'm feeling fucking inspired

To give up just 'cause I'm tired

After all the life I lived

I guess I still just feel like shit

Sometimes I wish I could go back

To when I was a little kid

I'd tell him don't stress all of this

'Cause it only gets worse

Everyone kicks you to the curb

But there's still good days up ahead

Try not to get consumed by dread

You know it's all in your head

And your worst fear's being dead

You still got time to figure out what all this life shit's all about

Sometimes it's healthy to doubt what so-called wise people speak about

Just thought that I should get that out
