Beatra collects only the minimum data required to operate music playback, account security, and dashboard features. We apply data minimization, purpose limitation, and storage limitation principles across all regions.

Note: We do NOT collect passwords, card/payment numbers, private Discord messages, or voice recordings. Support email is processed only when you contact us.

How We Use Your Information

We process collected data only for the following lawful service purposes:

• Provide core music playback, queue management, and bot reliability
• Enforce role-based permissions and secure access control
• Show now-playing, queue, and playlist state to authorized users
• Monitor service quality, prevent abuse, and improve stability
• Restore active sessions and playback state after restarts
• Store user playlists and privacy preferences
• Deliver premium entitlements, billing-state features, and support
• Investigate incidents, enforce security controls, and resolve support issues

Important: We do not sell personal data and do not use sensitive data for ad profiling.

Children's Privacy

Beatra is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
