Purchase & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Beatra premium purchases are processed, delivered, cancelled, and reviewed for refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptance of this policy

By purchasing personal premium, server premium, an add-on, or any other paid digital access from Beatra, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    Products covered

    Beatra sells digital access features for Discord users and servers, including recurring subscriptions and fixed-term one-time purchases. These products are delivered electronically and do not include physical goods.

      Custom Server Bot

      The Custom Server Bot is a white-label music bot subscription for which you provide your own Discord bot token; it runs under your own name, avatar and banner and can be used on your own servers.

      • The service is delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed, and once setup begins the general terms for digital products apply.
      • Your bot token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM; you are responsible for keeping your token confidential and for complying with the Discord Terms of Service.
      • Interruptions caused by you resetting/revoking the token or by Discord suspending your bot are not grounds for a refund; on cancellation the bot runs until the end of the period and no partial refund is issued.

      Purchase process

      To buy premium, you must sign in, choose the correct user or server plan, accept the required policies, and complete checkout through an available payment provider. Activation is usually automatic after confirmation, but provider checks, fraud review, or webhook delays may affect timing.

      • You are responsible for choosing the correct Discord account, server, tier, and billing term.
      • Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, and payment-provider charges may vary by country and provider.
      • If delivery is delayed, contact support before opening a dispute so we can review the payment and entitlement.

      Subscriptions and cancellations

      Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund. Unless access is revoked for breach, fraud, chargeback, or a refund decision, premium access may continue until the paid period ends.

      • One-time purchases expire after the selected term and do not renew automatically.
      • Updating or cancelling billing may require PayPal or CodeShare account controls depending on the provider used.
      • We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, but active paid periods are not shortened only because of a price change.

      Digital delivery and no cooling-off after activation

      Premium is a digital service delivered immediately or near-immediately after payment confirmation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once the entitlement has been activated, used, or made available to the selected account or server.

      • By completing checkout, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that refund or withdrawal rights may be limited after delivery begins.
      • This does not remove mandatory rights that apply in your country or region.

      Service availability and acceptance of interruptions

      Beatra is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that the service, or any individual track, search result, or feature, will work without interruption or error at all times. Playback depends on third-party platforms (such as Discord, YouTube, and Spotify) and network conditions outside our control, so temporary outages, playback failures, or momentary issues can occur. By purchasing premium, you confirm that you understand and accept this, and that such interruptions do not by themselves entitle you to a refund.

      • We do not promise 100% uptime, uninterrupted playback, or that every track will always play flawlessly.
      • Refunds related to service interruptions, temporary outages, or isolated playback problems are entirely at Beatra's discretion and are not automatic.
      • We aim to resolve significant or prolonged disruptions within a reasonable time, but short or intermittent issues are an expected part of the service.
      • Where mandatory consumer law applies, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

      Refund review

      Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at Beatra’s reasonable discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may consider a refund when we materially fail to provide the purchased access and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, when a duplicate charge is verified, or when another exceptional reason is accepted by us.

      • We may request payment IDs, Discord IDs, screenshots, logs, and a clear explanation before making a decision.
      • Approved refunds may be partial, adjusted for delivered time, taxes, fees, currency conversion, or provider limitations.
      • A refund may revoke the related premium access immediately.

      Situations usually not refundable

      Examples that normally do not qualify for a refund include changing your mind, not using the service, choosing the wrong plan or server, losing access due to a Discord/server change, breaching our Terms, third-party platform restrictions, or issues caused by local configuration outside Beatra’s control.

      • Payment-provider fees, taxes, exchange-rate differences, and bank charges are generally outside our control.
      • Feature limitations caused by Discord, YouTube, Spotify, payment providers, or other third parties do not automatically create a refund right.

      Disputes, chargebacks, and fraud

      If you believe a payment is wrong, contact support first. Fraudulent, abusive, or unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension or removal of premium access, account restrictions, invoice cancellation, and refusal of future purchases.

      • We may share transaction evidence with PayPal, CodeShare, banks, or fraud-prevention partners when needed to resolve a dispute.
      • Unauthorized or suspicious payments may be cancelled or held while we review them.

      Payment providers

      Payments may be handled by CodeShare, PayPal, banks, card networks, or other available providers. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, dispute processes, and regional availability may also apply. Beatra does not store full card or wallet credentials on its servers.

      • Provider availability can differ by country and payment method.
      • A provider approval does not override this policy or our Terms of Service.

      Discord Store purchases

      You can also buy Beatra Premium through Discord's in-app Store. These purchases are processed and billed by Discord under Discord's own Terms of Service and refund policy — not by CodeShare or PayPal. When you buy or subscribe through Discord, your access is granted automatically via Discord entitlements, and you manage or cancel the subscription from Discord's own settings.

      • Refunds and chargebacks for Discord Store purchases are handled by Discord under their refund policy; please contact Discord Support for those requests.
      • To cancel a Discord subscription, use Discord's subscription management — cancelling stops future renewals while your access continues until the current period ends.
      • Prices, taxes and regional availability shown at checkout are determined by Discord.

      Support and requests

      For billing, delivery, cancellation, or refund questions, contact Beatra support with your Discord user ID, server ID if relevant, payment provider, transaction ID, and a short explanation. We review requests case by case and aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

      • Submitting false or incomplete information may delay or prevent a review.
      • This policy may be updated from time to time; the version shown on this page applies from its publication date.
